Planning a round at Hoiana Shores
A coastal round starts with the details: tee time, equipment, transport and a quotation you can actually compare.

Start with the course and your pace
Hoiana Shores describes an 18-hole coastal links course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Its official website provides a course map, dress-code guidance and clubhouse information. Before requesting a tee time, consider the group's experience, preferred format and practice time.
Avoid placing a round immediately after a flight. Immigration, baggage collection, a change of clothes and the journey to the course all need room in the schedule.
Separate the items in a quotation
Ask whether green fees, caddie, cart, club hire and other charges are included. Request the applicable dates and cancellation conditions in writing. A package name on a website is not a confirmed quotation for your trip.
Non-playing companions can make separate dining or leisure plans. Tell your transport provider how many golf bags you will bring, as luggage space matters as much as passenger seats.
Check once more before departure
Confirm the tee time, arrival time, meeting point, dress code and contact for weather-related changes. Keep the course confirmation and transport confirmation separately.
The M&S golf page helps organise these questions. This website has no live tee-time inventory; include a service in your final itinerary only after written confirmation.
