Does an inquiry confirm a reservation?
No. An inquiry helps establish your needs. Rooms, tee times, vehicles and experiences require written confirmation from the relevant parties.
Which experiences are included?
Benefits follow confirmed terms. Visa approval rests with the authorities; hotel and KTV availability and eligible items must be confirmed before booking.
How do airport transfers work?
Specify arrival and return needs separately. Private transfers differ from a shared resort shuttle; capacity, waiting, delays and service area need confirmation.
Is visa approval guaranteed?
No. MNS does not issue visas or guarantee decisions. Check the official Vietnamese e-visa website for your particular travel document.
Can I change or cancel arrangements?
You may request changes before confirmation. Subsequent changes, refunds and cancellation follow the relevant provider’s written terms.
